TSI Engineering Sdn Bhd (TSIE), was formed in 1993 to provide a selected range of specialized building products to the Malaysian building Industry. Over the years, the company has expanded its scope of business to undertake supply and installation of raised access flooring.

Bare Finish

Panel 600mm x 600mm. Bare finish floor corner lock panel 600mm x 600mm widely used in office areas suitable for carpet coverings. Load performance: 3.0kN 3.5kN/ 4.5kN/ 5.4kN/ 6.6kN

HPL Finish

Steel cementitious filled HPL finish are fully welded die formed steel panels with cementitious fill to be finished with and HP: covering. The product has resistances from: boiling water, high temperature, surface ground, dart impact and wear resistance.

PVC Finish

Steel cementitious filled PVC finish Homogeneous solid vinyl tile that has encapsulated conductive elements of the carbon family distributed throughout the structure. Conforming to both ASTM F-1700 and ESD.S7.1

Ceramic Tile Finish

Steel cementitious filled ceramic tile finish are fully welded die formed steel panels with cementitious fill and topped with a ceramic tile covering.

Steel Cementitious Filled-OA Panel

Steel cementitious filled OA panel Bare finish floor corner lock panel 500mm x 500mm which is widely used in office areas and has a load performance of 3.0kN / 4.4kN.

Simple Item 7

Calcium Sulphate Panel 600mm x 600mm. Top surface is either HPL or a PVC finish with a black PVC edge. The center core is filled with Calcium Sulphate instead of cement and used an Aluminum foil or galvanized steel 0.5-1.0mm as it’s bottom sheet.

Air Flow / Perforated Panels

Air flow/perforated panel. Panel top variation models: AF20, AF25, AF50, AAF55 (with or without dampers)

Aluminum Panels

Aluminum panels.Available in 600mm x 600mm and uses an aluminum bottom sheet of steel. This also incorporate directly the top surface without having the cement in-fill.

Floor Accessories

Floor accessories include: Service outlet covers, service outlet box and double suction panel lifter.

Floor Understructures

Floor Under-structures. Pedestal assemblies: corrosive resistant, all steel welded construction, to provide an adjustment range of +/- 50mm. Zinc electroplating/paint coating on all pedestal components, including head plate, threaded rod, adjustment nut, pedestal tube, base plate, and all fasteners.
